Elizabeth
As a child Elizabeth loved ballet, dance, gymnastics, swimming and being active. At university, running became part of the timetable….partly to keep fit and partly to off-set the pounds gained from a student lifestyle! Elizabeth’s enduring passion for running really developed after university when she worked in an office. Running felt great -sociable, uplifting and a great release.
After 8 years working as an IT consultant, firstly in Berkshire and subsequently in London at JPMorgan, Elizabeth travelled to South America to help underprivileged children in a school in Ecuador. The experience was absolutely heart-warming. After leaving the school at Christmas, she decided to travel to Brazil. It was on Rio beach, with her dear friend Fiona, that the decision was made – become a personal trainer and turn her passion for exercise into a career.
When Elizabeth returned to England, she trained and qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. The people she has met since that time have given her huge inspiration, superb education and ongoing support.
“I love what I do now. The opportunity to inspire others to keep fit and simultaneously spread my passion for exercise, which has enhanced my own life immeasurably, is extremely self-fulfilling. To guide, enable, encourage and add great value to mums-to-be, during a time of uncertainty, is rewarding. And to work with new mums to reach their goals, and working mums to take-on their next challenge is fantastic.”
